Preparing Before the Call
This past Thursday, members of the Dublin Volunteer Fire Company toured The Landmark building in town to get a lay of the land before tenants move in. Pre-planning, reviewing layouts, and identifying potential hazards ahead of time are key to ensuring we’re ready to respond efficiently and safely during emergencies.
A big thank you to the Milex Group for welcoming us in and keeping us looped in as the project nears completion.

The members of the DVFC recently participated in an important elevator training, prompted by the growing number of multi-story buildings in the borough. This training is essential for ensuring that our firefighters are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergencies involving elevators. With the rise in high structures, it is crucial for our team to stay informed about the latest safety protocols and techniques. DVFC members are committed to providing the best possible service to our community.

DVFC Fund Raising Events
As a 100% volunteer organization, fundraising is essential to keeping our department running and ready to respond. The majority of our events throughout the year are dedicated to raising the funds needed to support our operations—from maintaining equipment and training our members to upgrading gear and covering day-to-day expenses. In fact, over 50% of our annual income comes directly from community-supported fundraisers. Whether it’s a Soup Day, Flea Market, or the annual Fireman's Fair, every event is a chance to connect with our neighbors while helping to fund the critical services we provide. We invite you to check out our upcoming events and join us in supporting your local fire company.
